Era Infra Bags Contract Worth Rs 525.5 Million

World’s top engineering, construction and services company, Era Infra Engineering has Era Infra Bags Contract Worth Rs 525.5 Millionrevealed that it has secured a contract for upgradation of I.M.S. under PMSSY at BHU, Varanasi by Central Public Works Department (CPWD).

According to the sources, the conglomerate has bagged the proposed pact at an investment of Rs 525.5 million approximately.

Era Infra Engineering participates in broadened construction activities for airports, power projects, infrastructure, institutional and industrial complexes, multiplexes and residential buildings.

Reliance Infrastructure Plans To Invest Rs 400 Billion In Jharkhand Unit

Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group company  Reliance Infrastructure has revealed its plan to invest Rs 400 billion to set up a steel plant with a capacity of 12 million tonnes in the eastern state of Jharkhand.

While commenting on the plan, Mr. K.K. Khandelwal, industry secretary of the Jharkhand state government, stated, “We have received the proposal from Anil Ambani Group. It is still under process.”

H&R Johnson Inks JV Deal With Silica Ceramica To Make Tiles

Bathroom solutions provider H & R Johnson Ltd has inked a 50:50 joint venture agreement with Silica Ceramica to build a tile manufacturing facility at Eluru in Andhra Pradesh.

The proposed pact entails an investment of Rs 50 crore.

The source close to the company revealed that under the terms of 50:50 JV deal, Silica Ceramica will make vitrified tiles and H & R Johnson will market the products through its distribution network.

Open Offer Price Doubled By Emami For Zandu

The price of the open offer by Emami has been raised for the shareholders of Zandu Pharmaceutical Works to Rs 15,000 a share from Rs 7,315 a share.  Emami is a very well known consumer products maker.

However, the new price is still very below the Zandu Share price. On the Bombay Stock Exchange, Zandu’s share price closed at Rs 16,728 and the analysts are assuming that Emami will still fail to buy new shareholders even at the new price.

Harsh V Agarwal, Emami Group director reported, “We have always kept the interests of the minority shareholders in mind and have decided to come up with a revised offer in the wake of prevailing market trends. This is an excellent opportunity for the shareholders to realize the best value for their shares.”
