Tom Cruise threatens to sue clothing company for using his image

Tom Cruise threatens to sue clothing company for using his imageWashington, Mar 03: Hollywood actor Tom Cruise has threatened to sue a T-Shirt company, which is allegedly trying to use his image to sell garments with slogans like "Sex Addict" and "Everything Turns Me On".

The ‘Vanilla Sky’ actor’s lawyer Aaron Moss has issued a legal warning to Addictiontee. com against advertising the garments using his image.

"We believe that such photograph is a fake that has been ''Photoshopped'' or otherwise manipulated to make it look like he''s wearing your t-shirt,” Contactmusic quoted Aaron as telling TMZ. com.

However, Addictiontee. com seems unmoved by the legal threats, as they still are bent upon making Tom Cruise inspired garments only with trivially altered slogans.

"We''re going into production of a t-shirt inspired by Cruise''s attorney with the words ''legal addict'' on the front and ''I sue everybody'' on the back,” a spokesman for the company said. (ANI)
