World asks for Qadeer access in Munich Conference

World asks for Qadeer access in Munich ConferenceMunich, Feb. 7: The world is worried over the acquittal of disgraced Pak scientist Dr. A. Q. Khan, and this concern was reciprocated during the ongoing 45th Munich Conference by major participating countries, The News reports.

Key participating countries in the conference have asked Islamabad to allow them an access to Khan, who was freed from house arrest after charges of illegal trade of nuclear techniques were put down by a court on Friday.

Khan's acquittal has resulted in worldwide concerns over the resumption of black-marketing of nuclear techniques to nations which have put the know-how to negative uses.

It has also raised fears in the international community about the nuclear weapons falling into any of the militant outfit's clutches, which can prove detrimental to the world peace and prosperity. (ANI)
