19 cases of Swine flu: WBIn fresh case of swine flu 19 positive cases have been reported in West Bengal.

The total number of cases reported of the influenza have risen up to 61 within a short span. It has also been stated that there has been a constant upsurge in case of patients since past few days.

State health departments have claimed that an aged person who underwent chemotherapy treatment for multiple myeloma, succumbed of H1N1 infection who are meant for private hospital on July 20.

Swine flu cases were reported to be increased on the onset on monsoon, Nodal officer for swine flu, Asit Biswas stated.

It was earlier said that the receiving treatment at state-run hospitals and in private hospitals are claimed to be even worse.

The conditions stated in the areas were identified for swine flu infection, and were said that work is being done to curb on the situation.
