The pricing of much-awaited gadget Apple iPhone, set to be launched in Indian market on Aug 22, is out.

According to reports, the 8 GB version of the 3G iPhone will cost Rs 31,000, while the 16 GB version will cost between Rs 36,000–37,000.

The Bharti Airtel and Vodafone also announced to launch iPhone on August 22.

Bharti Airtel mobile services chief, Sanjay Kapoor said that Airtel is happy to introduce this innovative service in the Indian telecom sector.the new iPhone will have3G features and much fast speed. It has also built-in GPS system. It will help in the navigation and positioning.

The new version of iPhone is costly in the rest of the world but it is cheaper in the United States. Prices offered by Indian companies are also higher compared to actual price of iPhone. We expect a mixed reaction from iPhone lovers in India.
