Rome  - Goals from Filippo Inzaghi and Brazil star Kaka secured a 2-0 win for AC Milan over Catania Sunday, but the Devils remained seven points adrift of leaders Inter Milan with four games left to the end of the Serie A season.

Inter beat visiting Lazio 2-0 Saturday to move a step closer to a fourth straight title, while a lacklustre Juventus remained third despite a brace from veteran Pavel Nedved in a 2-2 home draw to second from bottom Lecce.

Fiorentina edged Torino 1-0 and strengthened fourth place, which offers the last available Champions League berth and is still in the sights of Genoa when they play a late city derby with Sampdoria.

Roma drew 0-0 at home to Chievo, Palermo hammered Cagliari 5-1, Udinese beat Atalanta 3-0 and Siena prevailed 2-1 against Napoli.

On Saturday, strugglers Reggina remained bottom despite a 2-1 win at Bologna that fuelled their hopes of avoiding relegation. (dpa)
