Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai meets Narendra Modi at Hyderabad House

Hamid Karzai Narendra ModiNew Delhi, May 27  : Hamid Karzai, President of Afghanistan has arrived at Hyderabad House for a courtesy meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Modi greeted Karzai as the two leaders shook hands and exchanged pleasantries.

Following his meeting with Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai he is scheduled to meet leaders from Maldives, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Mauritius, Nepal.

All eyes would be on Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif who will hold meeting with Modi at 12.10 a. m. Bangladesh Parliament Speaker Dr. Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury will meet Modi at 1245 hours.

Earlier Modi started his day by assuming charge at the Prime Minister's Office (PMO).

Narendra Modi was administered oath of office and secrecy by President Pranab Mukherjee as India's 15th Prime Minister along with his 44-member Cabinet on Monday evening. (ANI)
