'Radio Mirchi' has joined hand with the famous band Agnee with the intention to promote music activities.

'Generation A-Star Mirchi Create with Agnee' is the name of the new Radio Mirchi on ground reality show.

The hunt, basically, aims at bringing local wishful singers forward and getting them countrywide gratitude.

For the auditions, the singers will have to croon any of the songs sung by 'Agnee'. The auditions will take place in 7 cities including Mumbai, Pune, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Kolkata and Bangalore.

Forty participants will be chosen by Mirchi's RJs during the initial round.

Afterthat, 'Agnee' will select 4 singers from each city, with whom the band will travel and perform in live concerts and city finales will be conducted.

Later, one singer from each city will represent the city in the Grand Finale, which will be conducted on July 10 in Mumbai.

The winners, one male and one female, would get the chance to record and sing live with 'Agnee'. Besides, they would also get a break in Bollywood as they would get to sing a song composed by 'Agnee' for an upcoming flick called Gulaab Gang.

The band's lead vocalist Mohan and lead guitarist Koko are really thrilled about this first ever radio reality show.
