An employee turned aggressive against Indian IT giant Infosys. This is second major accusation against company pertaining to breaking laws and illegal tax deduction this week. Name of this employee is Jack Palmer. Palmer accused company of Visa and tax fraud.

Palmer filed his complaint in the Alabama Court. Palmer is working with Infosys as Principal - Enterprise Solutions since August 2008. In his complaint, Palmer said that Indian IT company sent foreigners of lower rank and no skill to work in US. He said company ignored him and sent foreigners on customer locations in United States breaking immigration laws. This employee also said that Infosys committed a tax fraud in United States by paying employees in India and billing customers high for labor costs of these employees.

This is second accusation in row on Infosys for tax stealing with onshore project work. Recently, Indian Minister of State, Finance also revealed in parliament that Income tax department has asked Infosys to pay Rs 426 crore for unlawful tax deduction of its onshore project works. On the current issue of Palmer, Infosys denied any statement. Infosys said media about this that matter is under investigation; company will put its stand after understanding the case.
