After Indra Nooyi, it is now the turn of Gautham Mukkavilli to make it big in the management of Pepsi Co.

Gautham has been serving in the company on a key role in Pepsi Co for a very long time and will now be shifted to a very critical position in its new global offshoot.

Gautham has been working as the Managing Director of the food division of PepsiCo. in India.

Now, he would take over the position of the Global Vice President of grain nutrition at the Chicago-based nutrition centre of Frito Lays.

He will be taking up the new position by the end of July this year.

His importance increases since Gautham will be heading a division which will is given a lot of importance by PepsiCo. It is trying hard to keep the centre up and running and would be splitting the divisions into various heads eventually.

Talking to a private newspaper, Economic Times he said that the company is trying to add momentum to its food business which is still in its developmental stage.

Pepsi Co has also set up many goals with respect to health business.
