Apple forbids Google from advertising on iPhone, iPad

appleApple has launched various new clauses for section 3.3.9 in its developer agreement.

This move has been taken in lieu of forbidding the competition thrown from Google’s adverts on Apple devices.

In a further report from All Things Digital, the section 3.3.9 of Apple's developer agreement confines the developers from collecting and disclosing user or device data to any third party, without users' consent.

And supposedly if the above is being practiced it should relate only to the services provided by the application.

Apple has strictly warned the developers not to use third-party analytical software in order to collect and send device data to any third-party for "aggregation, processing, or analysis".

Apple stated through a warning: "An advertising service provider owned by or affiliated with a developer or distributor of mobile devices, mobile operating systems or development environments other than Apple would not qualify as independent."
