Apple iPhones get Bluetooth Keyboard

Apple iPhones get Bluetooth KeyboardIt is an enthralling moment for those who wish to control their iPhone with the help of a keyboard. People can connect their iPhone with a Bluetooth keyboard, drives for which are available from the unauthorized app marketplace Cydia at just $5.

Experts believe that the move would further enhance the flexibility of the popular handset by Apple Inc.

Users would be able to connect their iphone with keyboard after installing demo applications and driver based on the open source BTstack project.

BTstack Keyboard has been introduced by Matthias Ringwald, a PhD specializing in wireless sensor networks in Zurich, Switzerland.

Ringwald added, “Foldable, travel-friendly keyboards have been supported for at least half a decade by all smartphones except by the iPhone… The iPhone Bluetooth keyboard driver fills this gap.”

He said that he is currently working on creating a similar capability with the PlayStation 3 controller.

Some people like Ringwald are reportedly not comfortable with the virtual keyboard on the display screen of iPhone, but the limitation is now in the wake of latest development, hailed by a large segment of users.
