BA talks end without any agreement

British AirwaysThe strike of cabin crew members of British Airways has produced no result as the talks between British Airways and Unite union has ended up without any agreement. They had a discussion over the issues of cabin crew members of BA. This meeting took place on the fifth day of the strike.

They have also informed to going for second five-day strike Sunday itself. The talk was just an initial discussion to avoid the strike. But now it may open up paths for further negotiation. Both the sides were stick to the point over pay, work conditions and staff levels issues. Unite has informed that 121 flights have been canceled out of 333 flights scheduled to fly.

British Airways has also said that they are forced to fly with 70% of their passenger. After the second five-day strike to start on Sunday, the third five-day strike scheduled to start on 5th June. The Unite has said to end the strike if the airway restores travel concessions to the staff who went on strike previously. The strike will not be ended until the authorities fulfill their demands.
