Be angry, it is good for healthFrom the ancient times it is said that anger is bad for health. We must not be angry at any cost. But as per recent studies, it has shown some positive results of being angry. Conveying anger boosts the blood stream to a part of the brain considered to be concerned in manner of pleasure, the study found.

Researchers were paying attention in what goes on in the human body when we are angry. To study the results they collected 30 people in a lab and gradually augmented their anger levels. The participants were all provided with a list of written testimonials, asked to read all mutely and then recollect a state in which they suffered that way.

The lines soared progressively from "today is no dissimilar from other day" to "I am addicted with extreme dislike". The men's' heart beat, blood pressure and levels of two stress hormones includes testosterone and cortisol, were all calculated, and their brains were scanned, at the beginning and the finishing of the experiment. The study exposed that the left half of the brain became more motivated when the people were irate or angry.
