According to recent report crafted by uSwitch, there are eight million broadband customers who are at risk of being disconnected as they are not aware of the downloading limit.

Further the findings reveal that seven million customers have a general perception about their broadband connection that it is unlimited, while it is not.

The reason for the same is that the eight million consumers are unaware of the usage limit.

However two million customers have already got reminders from their broadband company for making excessive use and due to this reason the companies has already charged somewhere around 350,000 people.

So now how one should make out that what is the usage and downloading limit of the data which is permissible to download through the internet every month before the clock starts ticking for making you pay extra. While selecting the broadband package one must decide between the deal which allows limited downloads or the unlimited package.

uSwitch has published the download limit in the recent reports, enable the consumers to know how much one should browse the web. It takes reading an email 4KB, downloading a photo uses 1MB, listening music track uses 4MB, watching 30 minutes of TV online using services uses 108MB, Watching a movie uses 700MB and watching a high definition movie uses 4GB.
