Hot and sizzling actress Bipasha Basu will now be seen in Mani Ratnam’s forthcoming film ‘Raavan’. She will play the role of Mandodari, Raavana's wife, opposite Junior Bachchan.

However, it is also said that Aishwarya Rai will play Sita’s role and Vikram will play as Rama in the film.

Even though, Raavan was married many times but Mandodari is said to be his favorite wife. She was Raavan’s well-wisher, but always disagreed with his misbehaviors.

As per sources, "Bipasha immediately said yes to the role. She had agreed to the role but Mani Ratnam had given her strict instructions not to reveal the details. Bipasha is believed to be extremely excited about her new role and her look in the film. She will join the unit of Raavana from mid-September.”

Bips dress for the role of Mandodari is also ready and she is quite excited about her new role.

She has a 40 minutes role in the movie, which she will shoot in just 20days.
