Care Hospital launches India’s first ‘Out-patient Centre’ in HyderabadThe Care Hospital group has launched its new `Out-patient Centre', which is the first of its kind in the country, at Banjarahills in Hyderabad.

The new CARE Outpatient Centre spans across six floors with 185000 square feet. The healthcare facility has an impressive ambience that matches the best international standards. The unit is integrated with the In-Patient Centre to provide comprehensive care to patients. The centre will provide array of outpatient services in a single, dedicated location and will allow more space to be utilised for out-patient consultations.

The centre will have 100 consultation rooms, six state-of-art operation theaters, 26 bedded dialysis unit, dedicated ICU beds, a wellness centre, diagnostics, laboratory service, radiology and imaging, cardiac non-invasive labs, pharmacy, opticals, personal and healthcare products centres and physiotherapy and rehabilitation services. All these facilities will be located under a single roof in India's largest outpatient centres.

Former president of India, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam inaugurated the CARE Outpatient Centre in Hydrabad and urged the company to help in activating 20 Primary Health Centres (PHCs) that are located around the centre. He pointed out that the PHC lack expertise and infrastructure and the help from Care Hospital will be highly appreciated.
