Dish loses subscribers baseThe second largest satellite television provider of US, Dish Network Corp. has said that it had lost most of its subscribers in the previous month. The company has informed that, the decline in US trading has been lowest since November last year.

Moreover, last quarter was not that successful for the firm after the unexpected loss of number of subscribers. According to Dish officials, the main reason for such decline is the tough competition in the market. The Colorado-based company, Englewood has been the major threat for the firm.

It had become the main rival of Dish. As per the company statement, it had already lost 19,000 subscribers in the second quarter of the fiscal year. However, earlier it has been predicted that the company may gain of 130,000 subscribers in the same quarter.

Although the company has tried its best to capture its subscriber base but it was not able to get hold of that. The company had offered some of its best products to its customers but was not successful due to some high contest in the market.
