Insomniac Games, the PlayStation studio known for its key Sony franchises Ratchet & Clank and Resistance is developing a new title exclusively for Xbox 360 and PS3 owners and this will be released by EA Partners.

This deal authorizes Insomniac to own the IP whereas EA Partners will take care of the sales and marketing.

With close protection on disclosing of any minute details whatsoever EAP and Insomniac stated that they will speak about the same, "when we're ready".

EA Partners boss David De Martini told MCV that Insomniac is considered a great platform that launches great offerings such as Spyro the Dragon and other big franchises. It will continue to offer the same with this pact.

He further added that it is their only aim to offer quality based game and whether it comes from internally developed or externally developed teams is a matter which is least concerning.

Insomniac on the other hand said that this new game is meant to serve multiple platforms as it looks to reach new audiences.
