New York, Mar 23 (ANI): Actress Sandra Bullock's husband Jesse James' porn star ex has taken advantage of the scandal surrounding his affair with a stripper by taking him to court to get custody of their daughter.

According to TMZ, James' ex-wife Janine Lindemulder, 41, who is currently living in a halfway house after being sent to jail for tax evasion in 2008, has filed legal papers for custody of their 6-year-old daughter, Sunny.

James, 40, had won full custody after a nasty court battle, but now Lindemulder believes his affair could give her another chance in court.

"Janine now believes Sandra will divorce Jesse and she feels she has a shot at getting some custodial rights," the New York Daily News quoted TMZ. com as reporting.

Her court date is set for June 14. (ANI)
