Gary Coleman's parents stop the legal fight to bury him
After the parent of Gary Coleman came to know that before dying their son had named his executor, they decided to stop the legal fight to bury their son.
The confirmation of the same was given by the Utah court and said that Gary, in his will made in 1999, had named his executor.
Knowing this and talking to an interview, Sue Coleman called the whole thing disappointing.
She said that they are not into any kind of fight and at the last they want Gary to lie in peace.
The star of the TV series, 'Different Strokes' died on May 28 after suffering brain hemorrhage. He was 42 years old and will now be buried during the weekend.
But Sheila Erickson, spokeswoman of Gary's ex-wife, Shannon Price said that they were really doubtful whether the funeral will take place this weekend or not. She said that there are chances that he will be cremated instead, since this is what he wanted.
The person named as the executor is Dion Mial, who was a friend and manager of the late child star.
Meanwhile, the parents said that they have seen the will and are not going to any court.
