While most youngsters enjoy city life and dote on music, art, fashion and all other things associated to popular culture, two young girls — Lindy Wolhuter (eleven) and Penny Wolhuter (nine) — are content with living off the blessings of mother Earth. Presently they are hosting a show called the Safari Sisters on Animal Planet with their father Kim Wolhuter who is an Emmy-Award-winning wildlife filmmaker.

People can become a part of team Rajasthan Royals by participating in several contests recently launched by 94.3 MY FM. These competition are 'Royal Diva: Face of Rajasthan Royals', Toss ka Boss, 'Boundary ke Baadshah' and 'Kaptano ke Kaptaan' etc.

The 'Royal Diva' will be selected by Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty in Jaipur, while 'Toss ka Boss' will be selected from city schools. MY FM team will visit schools and select children who will accompany captains for toss. The team will also select 'Boundary ke Baadshah' for the Rajasthan Royals through neighbourhood cricket.

Making her debut as an international TV show host, Lara Dutta will soon be seen diving into the deep seas. Having recently acquired her US deep sea diving certificate, Lara says that she will soon start shooting for the show that aims to raise awareness about the endangered marine life due to rising levels of pollution in the oceans.

Yash Raj Films and UTV, the two biggest production houses in Bollywood, might lock horns with each other after sources connected with UTV's latest production have reportedly hit Yash Raj 'below the belt'.

"UTV's next production Dhoondte Reh Jaoge was supposed to be a spoof on the different well-known and iconic movies in India. But while going through the first cut, we found that there are certain dialogues in the film which directly hit out at Yash Raj and the movies it has made," says a source at the Censor Board.

Amsterdam - Until now only well-off Beatles fans could afford to spend a night in the hotel suite used by John Lennon and Yoko Ono during their honeymoon.

But management at the Amsterdam Hilton are to allow members of the public to catch a glimpse of the famous suite where the newly-wed couple spent a week 40 years ago.

Beatles fans can visit the suite from March 21 to 29 when a number of events will be taking place including a photo exhibition about the "Bed-In for Peace."

London, Mar 2 : Brit actress Wendy Richard, who is well remembered for her role EastEnders, was given a fitting tribute by her friends and fans at the pub where she had grown up in as a little girl.

Richard passed away on February 26 from cancer, and the gathering took place at the Shepherd’s Tavern, which lies in the heart of plush Mayfair, on March 1.

She was just five when her publican father Henry and her mother moved from the Isle of Wight to take over the Carrs brewery flagship pub.
