Sun Pictures, the film production wing of media giant Sun Network, has acquired entire rights of flick ‘Enthiran – The Robot’.
According to sources, the flick featuring tollywood superstar Rajinikanth and bollywood hotty Aishwarya Rai is India’s costliest movie ever made.
Sources further revealed that producers of the flick, Ayngaran International and Eros hand over this Rs 150 crore budget movie to Sun Pictures due to the existing financial slump.
Rab ne Bana Di Jodi has turned out be really lucky for Yah Raj Films. The movie, which was released on 12th December 2008, has broken all earlier opening weekend collection records for Yash Raj Films.
It has been learnt that the movie has collected approximately Rs 60 crores worldwide on its opening weekend, and has surpassed Dhoom 2, that was seen as one of the highest grossing films of all-time.
Bhargavi, a 25 yr old upcoming Telugu actress was found dead at her Hyderabad residence on Tuesday evening. Another body of an orchestra troupe operator, Praveen Kumar, was found lying next to hers.
The police recovered a blood-stained dagger, some cyanide powder packed in paper and the suicide note from the site of crime. The suicide note purportedly written by Parveen Kumar stated that disturbances in personal life drove them to suicide. But the police suspect that he first stabbed Bhargavi to death and then committed suicide by consuming cyanide.

Indian singer-music composer A R Rahman has bagged Satellite Award for Best Original Score for his music in British director Danny Boyle’s flick “Slumdog Millionaire”.
Besides this award, Rehman has pocketed two more satellite awards from International Press Academy for Picture-Drama and Best Director for Boyle.
