Glodyne Technoserve arm bags order worth Rs 284 crore

Smaarftech Technologies Private Limited, the arm of Glodyne Technoserve, has bagged an order worth Rs 284 crore from Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation (BSEDC) – Govt. of Bihar, for executing a turnkey Technology Project for implementing National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGS) in the state.

The order, which is a BOOT project executable over a period of five year, involves technology infrastructure management and smart card solution management.

According to sources, this project would help the Government to cover the rural masses under various government schemes for the benefit of the underprivileged.

Mumbai-based Glodyne Technoserve Limited provides information technology (IT) services with core competencies in application software services and technology infrastructure management services. The company has strategic alliances with Sun Microsystems, IBM, CISCO, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, and Acer.

The scrip of the company slipped 4 per cent to Rs 617 at the close of Monday's trading with over 21,800 shares changing hands on the BSE.
