Haryana came into action with meanness to support DLFMonitoring with the intention that the state of Haryana had taken action with unfairness and hatred to confirm support to DLF Universal Ltd, the High Court, on Friday, ordered the state government to get back from DLF land estimating 19 acres, 4 kanals and 5 marlas in Nathupur village of Gurgaon district and that was obtained by the state and moved to the planner for locating up a cyber town.

The court additionally ordered the state administration to give back the land to the gram panchayat of Nathupur which is rite now fraction of the Gurgaon Municipal Corporation.

A division bench including Justice M. M. Kumar and Justice Jitendra Chauhan also inquired from the state to get back the award amounting to Rs 3.91 crore from the gram panchayat and refund an amount of Rs 51 crore to DLF and further it stated that if DLF had put up any building on the said land then it should be removed immediately at its judgment.

The instructions were released on an appeal reported by Mir Singh and others of Nathupur village, who have putted up lot of questions on the land acquirement actions on the grounds of scam.
