Chandigarh, Nov 2 : The Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corp posted an earning of over Rs. 60 crore in 2008-09, Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda announced here Monday.

This was 38 percent over the previous year, when it registered revenues of Rs. 43 crore, Hooda said here.    

The corporation allotted 647 plots to entrepreneurs who have committed investments of Rs. 9,225 crore.    

These included a 700-acre plot to Maruti Suzuki for setting up a Rs. 1,000-crore research and development facility at Rohtak. (IANS)
