Washington, July 22 : Heroes star Hayden Panettiere''s love interest and T4 presenter Steve Jones is refusing to commit to her.

He added: "I like my independence and I want to have fun."

The `I love you, Beth Cooper' star first linked up with the Welsh TV presenter in May this year but parted ways quickly, as they could not handle a long distance relation.

However, news came that the couple were united when Panettiere was reportedly spotted hopping onto the TV hunk''s lap at Los Angeles eaterie, Firefly, during a night out this month. (ANI)
