HTC HD3 supposedly is claimed to be the latest Android tablet on the cards.

It is hinted that HTC might soon be releasing a new set of brand new phones at an event to be released on September 15, at London.

Of the new models which supposedly will be offered is the HTC HD3. It is tainted to be the heir to the HD2, also claimed to be a major release under the brand name of Windows Mobile.

The features of the same include the presence of a 4.5-inch AMOLED touch screen with a probable resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. Other specs include Wi-Fi, HDMI port, 8MP camera with dual LED flash and a HD video recording feature.

The smartphone boasts of 1GB RAM and a dual core ARM based processor and the battery proves to be 1800 mAh battery which aides in connecting with the high-end smartphone.

HTC will probably release its first Android tablet at the event, till then we have to wait to check which of the reports are actually true.
