HTC Unveils Sensation in IndiaMobile handsets manufacturer, HTC Corp. has launched its smartphone, HTC Sensation in Indian market. Sensation has become the third dual-core smartphone to be launched in India after Samsung Galaxy S II and LG Optimus
2X.

HTC Sensation is priced at Rs 32,700 and it sports a 4.3-inch HD screen, which runs on a 1.2 Ghz dual-core processor. Sensation has an 8 mega pixel rear camera with dual-LED flash and it can play record 1080P videos. The phone is also equipped with the feature of instant camera capture. The feature will provide faster shutter speed, allowing users to click photographs quicker.

The screen of the phone has an aspect ratio of 16:9 which means that most of widescreen films could be seen on full screen and users will not have black bars under and above the video.

At the launch event of Sensation in New Delhi, HTC revealed that the new smartphone is designed to designed to offer "superior multimedia" experience to users. Lennard Hoornik, President for South Asia, HTC said, "India is a huge market, we want to be a leading player here and we have high sales target here".
