Renowned filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra will be honored by the Indian Film Festival of London (IFFL). The organizers of the event has informed that this honor for Vidhu Vinod Chopra for his contribution to Indian cinema. It will be presented to him during the festival which will be held in the month of August this year.

In IFFL 2010, five classic movies of the same produce will be shown. The movies are-'An Encounter With Faces' (1978); Parinda (1989); 1942: A Love Story (1993); and Eklavya: The Royal Guard (2007).

Vidhu has been one of the most talented producers among the Indian film fraternity. He always believes in quality and very much aware of what value he is offering by his movies. His recent movie '3 Idiots' has been a block buster which created a major impact on the audience.

The Indian Film Festival of London 2010 is going to be held at London's Riverside Studios form 25th August to 29th August. There will be special charity screening of '3 Idiots' at the end of the event whose earnings will be presented to UNICEF.
