Improper breast augmentation gets $3.5 million claim

Improper breast augmentation gets $3.5 million claimA resident of Staten Island, Maria Alaimo, who underwent a surgery in 2003 for breast augmentation that left her looking as if she had four breasts, was awarded $3.5 million for the twinge and the sufferings, NYT reported.

The adjudicators, who were elected for determining the hitch in Alaimo's case, found that Dr. Keith Berman ruined her plastic surgery, which meant for breast lift and augmentation, and it created discomforting conditions for her known as "double bubble deformities."

This situation became a cause for low self-esteem and unhealthy marriage conditions, and finally led to divorce.

The enlargement haul up left her in a situation, which only aimed at court's justice. The court in return graciously offered $3.5 million, which brings at least a reason to express her glee.
