Intel Corporation has penned down upon a new form of technology called Wi-Di that aims to merge with all handheld devices such as netbooks and mobiles. The Wi-Di technology is basically a wireless display technology from the makers of Intel. This device promises a plethora of functions to its users with its multi-utility format.

Things like transfer of images and videos from a computer to other high definition devices, watching HD content all aiding to provide an efficient communication medium is the aim of this technology. This technology aims at changing people's visualization of content and the handholding of their smartphones giving an entirely different perspective of imaging.
