New York, September 2 : Jay-Z will mark the eighth anniversary of 9/11 with a concert this month.

The hip-hop star joined Beyonce at Madison Square Garden on Monday to make an announcement in this regard.

The proceeds of the `Answer the Call' show will benefit the families of New York''s Finest and Bravest who perished that tragic day, reports the New York Post.

The event is expected to raise 750,000 dollars for the New York Police and Fire Widows'' and Children''s Benefit Fund.

Tickets will be available from September 8 for 50 dollars each. (ANI)
