In a bid to win back his wife, English footballer John Terry is said to have flown to Dubai.

The Sun reported that the 29 year old player looked very tired as he left the airport in a white BMW and headed for the swish beach resort where his wife Toni, 28, has been staying with their three-year-old twins.

His wife was not at the airport or in the lobby of Le Royal Meridien resort to meet him when he arrived on February 11.

But he is said to have had an emotional reunion with his twins Georgie John and Summer Rose, who had cried on February 10 because she missed her daddy.

It was a closed door meeting and the children had been allowed to stay up to see him, and from the little screams of excitement that could be heard, they were very happy to see him.

Toni and her family, including her parents, are due to check out on February 16, and if everything works out well, Terry will be flying home with them. (With Input from Agencies)
