Loyal broadband users being cheated

Loyal broadband users being cheatedAccording to a recent survey, the loyal broadband customers are being taken for granted by many of the UK's internet services providers, meaning they are being made to pay extra without their knowledge.

The findings stated that those who are loyal to the ISP providers for three years or more years will be the worst to suffer the bruises of this.

The survey listed out six thousand broadband users by broadbandchoice. co. uk who is being overcharged by a third, despite a fall in price close to 34 per cent and a 130 per cent increase in speed.

The price of broadband rates have seemingly dropped, considering the fact that average broadband connection speed was 1.4 Mbps three years ago, but the recent speed being 6.1 Mbps of the service.

In the meantime, the consumer can do a comparison analysis to check for the price of the packages.
