Malaysia May Host Pak-SA Cricket Series To Be Held In Oct
Malaysia is expected to host a Pakistan-South Africa cricket series after the Proteas denied to visit Pakistan owing to security concerns.
The series, which consists of 3 Test matches, 5 ODIs and a Twenty20 match, is planned to be held in October 2010.
According to the sources, Dubai and Abu Dhabi may also get to host the scheduled series.
But, a concluding verdict in this regard will be taken by the next month.
South Africa has become the latest group to pull out of a planned Test tour of Pakistan citing safety reasons.
India and Australia have done so earlier.
A number of foreign squads have denied touring Pakistan following the March 2009 terrorist attack on the Sri Lankan cricket group in Lahore. (With Input from Agencies)
