In Auckland District Court, a forty year old HIV (human immunodeficiency virus)-positive man will be appeared before the judge for infecting three men with the virus. He also made an attempt to infect a fourth one.

Reports emerging from Auckland, says that the three male victims were of age 17, 24 and 26 in the same way when infected with HIV. The 4th one was of age 31 when the incident took place.

Andy King (Detective Sergeant, of the Adult Sexual Assault Team which is based at Auckland Central Police Station),informed, " the man was sexually active in both the Auckland and Wellington districts, and with both men and women".

He further said that anyone who had concerns regarding one's health should contact doctor at the earliest.
