Ministry plane crashes in Russia, 11 feared dead
Moscow - An Interior Ministry plane crashed shortly after takeoff in north-eastern Russia Sunday, and all with 11 people on board were feared dead, authorities said.
Itar-Tass reported that six bodies had been found after the Il-76 Candid aircraft crashed after leaving Mirny airport in Yakutia.
IANS news agency quoted a regional ministry official as saying that all everyone on board had died.
Seven crew as well as four members from a replacement crew were on board. (dpa)
