London, July 16 : A friend of Michael Jackson has revealed that the late King of Pop tried to beat his insomnia by dancing for hours.
Publicist Rob Goldstone has revealed that during his Bad tour in the late ''80s, Jackson used to have a dance floor installed in hotel rooms.
"At the end of a show it took him eight to ten hours to wind down. So he''d dance the entire time," the Sun quoted Goldstone as saying.
Goldstone further revealed that Jackson, who became hooked on sedatives, also resorted reading children’s books to relax. (ANI)
