Nintendo, a popular name in gaming arena unveiled its latest offering Wii Vitality in association with the American Heart Foundation. A blog from Destructoid. com hinted that the alliance will be displayed at the Vitality gaming peripheral at a joint press conference in New York.

This device, as the experts say, will keep a track of heart rates via peripheral connectivity that is attached to the gamers' fingers. The generated data will be monitored by the American Heart Foundation and will be analyzed for proper functioning. The blog also cued that Nintendo's upcoming 'Legend of Zelda game' might be compatible with the Wii Vitality gaming device.

Through this device Nintendo clears its motive for dominance on its rivals as well as the emerging online gaming platform.
