No more Pain Clinics for Amrutanjan

Amrutanjan-HealthCare-LimitedChennai-based pharmaceutical company, Amrutanjan Health Care Limited has announced that it will be hiving off its pain clinics business named Osmosis.

This unit will become totally autonomous and the process of separation will get over by December of this year, said chief executive officer and managing director Sambhu Sivalenka.

Talking to media, he said that from the current one unit the company is going to add four more such clinics. They will also for an expansion mode in Hyderabad and Bangalore as well but that will take place by the end of next fiscal only. And for the same, the company has earmarked 1 crore rupees.

Osmosis clinics is used as a pain relieving center for sicknesses like migraine and tension headaches, non-surgical fat burning treatments and other fat removal related treatments. The brand has got South superstar Mahesh Babu as the brand ambassador and has kept aside 17 crore rupees to be spent on marketing activities.

The company expects to have a turnover of 124 crore rupees as against 89 crore rupees last year. It already sends material to 13 countries and is planning to increase the portfolio.
