Swine Flu: IIM-A student dies

IIM-ASwine flu turned more deadly on Tuesday as a student of the Indian Institute of Management- Ahmedabad (IIM-A) died of deadly virus.

Informing the media persons, health officials said that Nikhil Kamat, a first year post graduate student, of IIM-A died on Tuesday morning.

Kamat was suffering from flu-like symptoms for the past couple of days.

The victim was first admitted to a private hospital and was later shifted to another private hospital of the city.

For swine flu confirmatory test, the authorities of the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has sent Kamat’s swab to the BJ Medical College.
