Training for health experts for dengue: MCDThe MCD have brought to the notice of the issues faced due to dangers caused by dengue.

It has been stated that dengue cases have been reported to be a lot better in regard with previous decade due to better "case management". The concerns at the moment linger with steady increase in dengue cases in the national capital.

This news will supposedly come along with the Commonwealth Games. The MCD will be offering special training programmes for a group of health experts at 34 government hospitals who were detected and were produced for treatment.

The civic department has claimed that the cases of dengue fever have been stated as periodicals in national capitals.

The press release stated: "On analysis of data it has been observed that case fatality rate due to dengue has decreased in Delhi -from 4.12 per cent (1996) to 1.49 per cent (2006). This has been made possible only due to improved case management."
