Omaxe Ltd, a major national realty developer, made announcement about the launching of Omaxe Residency, a group housing plan in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

The scheme will have a realization rate of about Rs 250 crore.

This is Omaxe's third project in Lucknow after giving the successful ownership for Omaxe City and Omaxe Heights.

While commenting on the group housing plan, Rohtas Goel, CMD Omaxe Ltd stated that Omaxe Residency will offer a wonderful environment to its occupants who will enthrall living in a way of life which is contemporary and global and is ready to create new styles in the lifestyle.

Omaxe Residency is situated in Gomti Nagar extension linked to Shaheed Path and Sultanpur Road.
