BP XI bundles out on 318, Nayar hits century

Abhishek Nayar has smashed a brilliant century to get his team out of trouble as India Board President XI (BP XI) returned to pavilion with 318 runs on the board against South Africa on the first day of the warm-up match at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Ground in Nagpur.
BP XI skipper won the toss and elected to bat first in two day practice match. BP XI's batsmen struggled against the South African pace attack as they lost six wicket for just
114 runs. But after that Nayar (100) and S Dhawan put up brilliant partnership of 181 runs for the seventh wicket.

A crushing six-wicket haul by paceman Abhishek Nayar helped Mumbai restrict Himachal Pradesh to 250 in their first innings in their Ranji Trophy quarter-final match.
Nayar’s six for 45 in three spells helped Mumbai restrict Himachal to 250 after winning the toss.
Himachal's opening pair of Bhavin Thakkar and Sangram Singh — began cautiously and added 20 runs for the first wicket partnership.
However, Himachal batsman failed to maintain the momentum and in a quick succession of time, they lost three quick wickets to be reduced to 50 for three by the 25th over.
