London, Aug 28 - "Slumdog Millionaire" star Freida Pinto admits her life has changed ever since she became famous, as she no longer shops from flea markets.

"I have access to certain things that I wouldn't ever have before. I used to go down to the flea markets and put these things together and take them to my tailor to be fixed up. And now there are other people who do that for me!," femalefirst. co. uk quoted Freida as saying.

London, Aug 12 : Freida Pinto, who shot to stardom with ‘Slumdog Millionaire’, has revealed her desire to work as a movie producer for her native land India in the future.

Though it was Britain that should be credited for Pinto’s success, she insisted that she yearns to pay her dues to India also.

“People don’t think I’ve done anything for India,” the Telegraph quoted her as saying.

London, Aug 10 : `Slumdog Millionaire' star Freida Pinto has revealed that she sometime has a complex about her looks.

The Indian beauty, 26, says she finds it "hideous" making video calls on Skype to boyfriend Dev Patel, 21.

"We use it a lot - we hate it as well. It's like a tease. I also feel it's this pressure: `Oh my God, he's seeing me after two weeks, I hope my hair is OK'. It's hideous," the Mirror quoted the Indian beauty as telling in the September issue of InStyle.

Sydney, August 08 : Indian actress Freida Pinto has revealed that though she is living "all over the world" nowadays, she wants to own a house in Mumbai one day.

The star, who grew up in Mumbai and rose to fame with Danny Boyle''s 2008 Oscar-sweeping film `Slumdog Millionaire', said she invested some money on a flat in Mumbai when she received her first significant pay
cheque but the sale never went through.

Asked by a reporter Monday how the 26-year-old actress felt being directed by the 1935-born Allen, a Hollywood legend "who was old enough to be her grandfather", Freida first quipped: "He might not like what you said."
