Nevada (US), Mar 21 ): Release date for Oscar winner Julia Roberts (Pretty Woman) starrer "Eat, Pray, Love" has been announced, its trailer is out, but now Hindus are concerned about the authenticity of the depiction of Hinduism objects-rituals-beliefs-concepts-traditions-philosophy in it.

Directed by Emmy nominated Ryan Murphy (Nip/Tuck), its India part was shot in/around Pataudi, about 60 kilometers from India''s capital Delhi. Starting with USA release on August 13, it will be released in India on August 27 by Sony Pictures. It is yet to be rated.

Mumbai, Oct 19 : Julia Roberts is impressed with Mrunalinni Dayal's forthcoming film "Dhuaaan - The Fire Within" based on a true story, but won't be able to attend the premiere due to prior commitments.

Roberts watched vignettes of "Dhuaaan" with Claire Raskind, the publicist of her film "Eat Pray, Love", while she was shooting for the film at the Ashram Hari Mandir in Pataudi, Haryana.

London, Oct 15 : Actress Julia Roberts' mother is recovering after undergoing emergency angioplasty following a heart attack last month.

According to National Enquirer, Roberts' 75-year-old mum Betty was admitted to a hospital near her home in Atlanta, Georgia, where doctors had to perform a surgery.

But Roberts, who is currently filming in India for her new film Eat, Pray and Love, had no idea about her mother''s surgery due to intense security and no cell phone coverage.

Days after actress Julia Roberts packed her bags and left India, the country is all set to welcome another A-lister. Rapper Kanye West is reportedly heading to Puducherry. West, who has hits like Stronger and Heartless to his credit, plans to stay at Sri Aurobindo Ashram for a month’s time.

Mumbai, Oct 1  The entire Pataudi clan, former cricketer Tiger, his actress wife Sharmila Tagore and their three children, including star son Saif Ali Khan, were at Pataudi, Haryana, over the weekend sharing their ancestral home with Hollywood's Pretty Woman Julia Roberts.

While Roberts, the first Hollywood celebrity to stay in Pataudi House that has now been converted to a heritage hotel, is at the Nafeez Manzil, the Pataudi family was at the main palace.

"Julia Roberts is our guest. She's staying in a part of our property. We've let the unit stay in a flank because she's a colleague and I know what it is like to shoot far away from home," Sharmila told IANS over the phone from Pataudi Sunday.

London, Sept 25 : Julia Roberts and the unit of her latest flick ‘Eat, Pray, Love’ may soon have to unpack their monsoon gear as they set out for Cherrapunji in north-east India after winding up a film shoot at a Pataudi ashram.

Cherrapunji is one of the wettest places in the world and witnesses a record annual rainfall of over 900 inches.

London, Sept 24 : Julia Roberts reportedly introduced her children to the Swami who oversees the ashram where she is shooting ‘Eat, Pray, Love’ with the names of Mahalaxmi, Ganesh, and Krishna Balram.

The Pretty Woman and her new film were officially blessed by the Swami at Ashram Harimandir in Pataudi, reports The Daily Express.

The film’s shooting started on September 20, and she met with the sacred site''s chief official, Swami Dharam Dev on Monday September 21 to ask him for his blessing.
