Munich - Bayern Munich chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has insisted in an interview published Monday there is "no problem" between coach Louis van Gaal and midfielder Franck Ribery.

The French midfielder had said in interviews with French publications published earlier this week that his relationship with the Dutch coach was not close.

"It's the first time I haven't had a positive feeling with a coach. The feeling is not there," Ribery was quoted by L'Equipe as saying.

Munich  - Bayern Munich chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge Wednesday rejected a claim from the players' association FIFPro of an agreement between clubs to get round a FIFA statute on transfers.

Rummenigge, who is chairman of European Club Association (ECA), called on FIFPro to withdraw it statement and distance itself from any moves which could lead to a player breaking a contract.

Munich  - Bayern Munich are on the lookout for a right-back to add to their signings ahead of the new Bundesliga season, club chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge told Sport1. de on Friday.

Rummenigge said Bayern were interested in Portugal international Jose Bosingwa, describing him as "an interesting man as he is one of the best in Europe in this position."

He added: "Whether it is possible (to sign him) at the end of the day is up to Chelsea where he has a long-term contract. And whether he would be released for an affordable sum one would have to see."
