Rahul Vaidya Wins Clinic All Clear ‘Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar’
The young and passionate Rahul Vaidya from Mumbai has won the Star Plus’s reality music show Clinic All Clear ‘Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar’ after defeating another extremely talented sensation Abhijeet Sawant, the first Indian Idol, in a star-studded event at a Mumbai studio on Saturday.
Rahul, who was also the finalist of first season of 'Indian Idol' on Sony television a few years ago, impressed the jury members as well as the viewers through his power-pack performances, and got the highest votes.
Leading the race, Rahul got 2,16,693 votes, the first runner-up Abhijeet Sawant fell a little short with 2,02,321 votes and Harshit Saxena, the second runner-up bagged 1,56,291 votes.
Bollywood beauty Vidya Balan and the chocolate boy Shahid Kapur were the special guests at the grand finale who came to promote their forthcoming flick ‘Kismet Konnection.’

The innocent and hard-working Rahul has been presented the dazzling crystal trophy and black jacket with 'Superstar' scribbled on its back by Vidya and Shahid. He also got a cash award of Rs 50 lakh and a 'Flame' bike from TVS.
'Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar' started on Star Plus in April with 18 musical prodigals from the largest TV musical reality shows. It was conceived in the quest to discover the best amongst the best singers in today's industry. Those who had missed the crown in their earlier shows had a chance to brave all odds, dump the past and bounce back to the top.
The music director duo Vishal-Shekhar and Bollywood Director/Choreographer Farah Khan were the judges for the show and Mandira Bedi, providing for the glam quotient, was the anchor of the show.
