Reality Show on Paris Hilton' s Life

Paris HiltonParis Hilton heads back to Reality Television once again, three years after “The Simple Life,” where we have seen her in fish-out-of-water situations with her friend Nichole Richie. This time though, we will have glimpses of the real life – which is anything but simple, you may say, of this heiress and great-grand daughter of Hilton Hotels empire founder Conrad Hilton.

The Oxygen Television Network has given the green signal to a reality series aiming to follow Hilton “as she enters the next stage of her life.” Paris has such magnetic personality that viewers are naturally curious about her and think they know her, based on what they see in the media, Oxygen Media VP of Original Programming Amy Introcaso-Davis said in a statement. The show will focus on “an all en-compassing look at her life, her friends, family and relationships, all that’s not represented every day,” Amy added, while elaborating on the point that the show will try to dismantle Hilton’s celebrity image and bring out the woman that Paris is behind the celebrity.

Oxygen claims the new TV show tentatively titled as “The New Untitled Paris Hilton Project,” will specifically center around Paris’s relationships with her friends Brooke Mueller – the estranged wife of Charlie Sheen (the star of Two and a Half Men); Jennifer Rovero, the former playboy model turned Hilton’s photographer and ex-girlfriend of Fred Durst; Hilton’s fellow socialite Allison Melnick; along with Paris’s mother Kathy Hilton.

The show has not been given any name or air date yet.

Other than appearing on “The Simple Life” with her friend Nichole Richie, Paris was also seen in the MTV series My New BFF in 2008.

Paris, a business woman with lines of fashion, hair, fragrance and shoes that she either helps design or endorses; a model; a singer; and an author - this media personality is seldom out of the news.

Last week, Paris pleaded guilty in Las Vegas to cocaine possession and the next day the Japanese authority denied her entry to their country to take part in a fashion show.
